Executive Chef Sean Garrett, a native Houstonian and Marine, will make his wave at Hearsay on the Strand in Galveston. Chef Garrett attended Howard University and graduated from the Houston Art Institute in 1995. He has paved his path through 27 years in the culinary industry. Chef Garrett previously occupied the Executive Chef position at numerous restaurants in Houston, including Perry’s Steak House & Grille and different restaurants for the Levi Sports and Entertainment Group.
